Refund Policy

1. Overview
 

At GO Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-value operational strategy and leadership services. Due to the time-sensitive and consultative nature of our work, our refund policy is outlined below.
 

2. One-Time Coaching Sessions
 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or for unused sessions in a 3-session bundle after 90 days from purchase.
     

3. Project-Based Services
 

Examples: Operational Rhythm Check, 90-Day Strategic Execution Plan

  • Full payment is required to secure your project start date.

  • If cancellation occurs prior to the start of work, a partial refund may be provided, minus any preparatory hours already invested.

  • Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

  • If a client becomes unresponsive for 10 or more business days, the project may be paused or canceled without refund.
     

4. Retainer-Based Engagements
 

  • Monthly retainers require 30 days’ written notice to cancel, pause, or adjust scope.

  • Because time is allocated in advance, there are no refunds for unused hours in a given month.

  • Adjustments to scope or availability affect future months only and must be confirmed in writing.
     

5. Exceptions & Discretion
 

Refunds outside the above policies are considered on a case-by-case basis. GO Consulting reserves the right to make discretionary decisions based on client history, project status, and overall engagement.

Include your name, business name, service purchased, and a brief explanation.
 

7. Policy Updates
 

This policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
