1. Introduction
 

Welcome to GO Consulting. By accessing or using our website, services, or booking any engagements with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
 

2. Services Provided
 

GO Consulting provides fractional executive services including—but not limited to—operational consulting, strategy sessions, coaching, and execution planning for businesses. These services may be offered as one-time sessions, short-term engagements, or monthly retainers.

All services are described on our website or in a formal proposal. A signed agreement or confirmed booking serves as acknowledgment of the scope and terms of service.
 

3. Payments & Billing
 

  • All services are billed according to the pricing listed or agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments must be made upfront to confirm any booking or engagement.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

  • We accept payments via [Stripe, ACH, credit card, etc.].
     

4. Cancellations & Refunds
 

One-Time Sessions (e.g., coaching):

  • Reschedules require 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

Project-Based Engagements (e.g., Health Check, Strategic Plan):

  • Cancellations before kickoff may qualify for a partial refund, minus any prep work already completed.

  • Once active work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

Retainer Services:

  • Retainers require a 30-day notice to pause, downgrade, or cancel.

  • Unused hours do not carry over unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

5. Client Responsibilities
 

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to people, data, and systems relevant to the engagement.

  • Be responsive to communications and session scheduling.

  • Complete any pre-session or intake forms required to deliver service effectively.
     

6. Confidentiality
 

GO Consulting respects the confidentiality of all client information and will not share any materials, business data, or insights without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
 

Any tools, templates, frameworks, or resources shared during the engagement remain the intellectual property of GO Consulting. Clients are granted a non-transferable license for internal use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without permission.

8. No Guarantees
 

While we bring deep experience and a strategic approach, business outcomes are influenced by many variables. We do not guarantee specific results from coaching, strategy sessions, or operational implementation.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

GO Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.

10. Modifications
 

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
