Service Description

Investment: $9,500 (not-to-exceed 36 hours over 12 weeks) Engagement: Hands-on installation of your Operational Rhythm System What we install and leave behind: • Live KPI Dashboard - 5–7 company KPIs + team views, targets/thresholds, update rules, clear owners. • Leadership & Ops Cadence - Weekly Pulse (WP), Monthly Performance Review, Quarterly Reset. Agendas, timings, and owners so the business runs on a steady beat. • Roles & Accountability - Simple accountability chart (who owns what), handoff rules, and decision rights. • Capacity & Work Management - Basic load model, visible WP board, prioritization rules, and “definition of done” for commitments. • Risk & Decision Log - One source of truth for trade-offs, escalations, and blocked items; revisited weekly. • Enablement & Handover -owner training so the team runs ORS without us. • ORS Handbook - your operating playbook + agendas + templates. Cadence & time: • 12 weeks, weekly leadership session + ops working sessions as needed. • We drive implementation; your team learns to run it independently. Success criteria: • Team confidently running WP → Monthly Review → Quarterly Reset. • Live scorecards with owners and agreed targets. • Clear accountability and handoff rules across functions. • Leadership time reclaimed each week (tracked). After the install: Optional Fractional Package to maintain cadence and push priority projects.
