Service Description

Investment: $5,000 (not-to-exceed 24 hours over 4 weeks) Engagement: A fast, fixed-scope engagement to design your Operational Rhythm System (ORS). The weekly operating rhythm your team can actually run. Risk-reversal: 25% of the Sprint fee is credited if you proceed to the 90-Day Install. What we deliver (tangible artifacts): • Company Scorecard: 5–7 KPIs, owners, thresholds, and targets • Accountability Chart: clear lanes, handoffs, and decision rights • Operating Rhythm: agendas for WP (Weekly Pulse) meeting, monthly review, and quarterly reset • Quick Wins Pack: 3–5 process fixes • 90-Day Install Plan: milestones, roles, and success metrics Cadence & time: • 4 weeks, one 60-minute working session per week • Light async collaboration (we do the heavy lifting) Outcomes: • Company scorecard (5–7 KPIs) with targets, thresholds, owners, and update rules. • Accountability chart agreed (who owns what), with clear handoffs and decision rights. • WP cadence scheduled. • 3–5 Quick Wins activated (owners, next steps, dates) to protect time and margin • 90-Day ORS Install plan approved (milestones, roles, success metrics)
